I am always leery about using a website that I am not familiar with. I feel much more confident if someone I know recommends it, and says they have had good luck with it.
One site everyone should check out is Plastic Jungle. They sell unused gift cards. Right now they are selling JCPenney Gift Cards for 16% off their value. Penneys has been having such great savings on their 1st and 3rd Friday sales, that with an extra 16% off, they are practically giving it to you.
I've ordered gift cards not only for Penneys, but also for Barnes & Noble, Wal-Mart and others. I've never been disappointed. Give it a try, I think you'll be pleased.
