I usually buy my papers at Walgreens on Battlefield and Campbell. Today I witnessed perhaps the best customer service that I have seen anywhere, ever. A young lady working behind the cosmetic counter was helping a very elderly customer (who had come to the store by cab), not only figure out the best way to use her coupons and Register Rewards, but also took her to the items that she wanted, then unloaded her basket and reloaded her cart after checking her out. This customer was physically impaired, and really appreciated the help. I really appreciated watching a young person treat an elderly person with such respect, kindness and dignity. It really started my day off on a bright note.
